Please boycott American Amtrak railways as they will soon be powering one of their trains with the unhumane unevironmental beef fat biodiesel
POWERING TRAINS FROM ANIMAL CARCASSES IS NOT ONE WAY OF HELPING
Animal & meat production is one of the largest causes for enviromental pollution & degridation. It has been estimated if Americans reduce their consumption of animal products by just 10% (less than 1 meal a week) there would be enough food & grain resources freed up to feed the rest of the undeveloped world.
There are perfectly good plant based biodiesels that not only reduce suffering to animals but also help to soak up greenhouse gasses as opposed to cows which produce them
I also hope that Amtrak will be announcing to the many people & relegions that refrain from the killing of cows & other animals, that the ticket they are purchasing will be contributing to the running of their trains on animal & environmental suffereing.
Futher more there is probably another few billion people for whom halal / kosher must also be a consideration
We know that the American ecconomy has been powered on the suffering of people, cultures & animals that they deem to be inferior for hundreds of years. But when will it stop? Will your cars be soon powered by the homeless? Maybe they can solve their prison over crowding?
